** REGISTRATION FOR 2010-11 **

Registration for the upcoming 2010/11 hockey season will be held on June 9, 2010 @ 6:30 pm at the Invermere Community Centre.

The players that register by June 9, 2010 will be eligible for the following:

All registration forms can be downloaded (see links below) and mailed to WVMHA, Box 2848, Invermere, BC, V0A 1K0.

What is needed to register is:

WVMH Registration form to be completed
Team First Player Contract to be signed
Team First Parent Contract to be signed
Medical Form to be completed and signed
Payment of fees
Proof of residency (e.g. copy of utility bill, lease agreement, etc.) for those players transferring from another association
