REGISTRATION FOR 2011/12

Registration for the upcoming 2011/12 hockey season was held on JUNE 8, 2011 Community Hall, but we will gladly still accept registrations by mail...!

The players that register by June 8, 2011 will be eligible for the following:

Draw to receive 50% off your registration fee!

All registration forms can be downloaded (see links below) and mailed to WVMHA, Box 2848, Invermere, BC, V0A 1K0.

What is needed to register is:

WVMH Registration form to be completed
Team First Player Contract to be signed
Team First Parent Contract to be signed * NOTE: Changes are being considered regarding the Parent Contract. Updates will be provided prior to the start of the 2011/12 season.
Medical Form to be completed and signed
Payment of fees
Proof of residency (e.g. copy of utility bill, lease agreement, etc.) for those players transferring from another association

For those parents interested in being a coach, assistant coach, trainer or manager, please complete the Coach/Team Official Application form.
